Refund policy
At Inside Blueprint Sourcing, all items are sourced and produced specifically per client order. For this reason, we operate under a strict made-to-order policy.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of sourcing and customized procurement:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has started.
- Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos as evidence
We will assess the issue and work with the supplier to provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial compensation.
Important Note
We act as a sourcing agent between clients and manufacturers. While we ensure quality control, we do not manufacture the products ourselves.
